The SMH Washington Branch will now be known as SMH Newcastle.

This busy branch covers the entire North East area so it makes sense to link it to the North East’s biggest city.

The same team is in place so give Darren and his team a call if there is anything we can help you with.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get our new website up and running. The website will give you a good overview of the products and services we have available to support you.

There is still a lot to come including an e-commerce area where you can order your consumables with the click of a mouse.

If you can’t find what you need, just contact us direct 0800 678 5091 – there’s an online contact form, or you can find your nearest branch and give them a ring.

We have some great product walkthru videos up there as well as a set up video. We are going to be doing a lot more of these this year so do keep an eye out for updates.

SMH’s Asset Information Management (AIM) system gives you a complete solution for managing the servicing and test data associated with each item of plant and equipment.

Once your equipment has been serviced or tested by one of our team of qualified engineers, the test certificate is generated immediately in the Cloud for on-line access via AIM. The certificate will then be available on-line, together with an archive of previous servicing and testing certification, ideal for audit purposes.

AIM will also generate automatic reminders when plant needs retesting, helping you to keep your equipment in top condition and your workforce safe.
